About Us

Paul Stearns started preparing taxes in 1979, and founded the practice to meet the demand for his services. Known for his keen insight and expertise in tax matters, he built a reputation of quality accounting services. As of 2018, Paul has retired from the accounting world. He now spends most of his time volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and woodworking.

Jon Cleek is a CPA and joined Paul's accounting firm in 2014. He grew up in the Ithaca area and is a Dryden High School alumnus. Jon graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College (Rochester, NY) with a B.S. in accounting in 2009, then worked four years at a larger accounting firm in Ithaca. He has extensive experience in tax preparation and financial planning.

As the managing partner of the firm, Jon will work with clients to address their accounting needs.
